It Started With A Case Study
When the leadership of Enterprise.io arrived to solve a consulting problem for a new customer, orders and contracts were taking 6 weeks or more to be sent out from the sales team after the customer requested a new sale.
The process of fixing this problem involved sales, finance, implementation, customer success, support, and of course leadership. This solution included consolidating all aspects of pricing into a single system that accommodated many different pricing models, including very complex value-based pricing systems. In order to solve the pricing problem though, a segmentation analysis of customers was done, processes and SOPs were reviewed, and the finance processes were analyzed extensively. It was found that all of these areas needed to be reworked or completely rebuilt.
